The house is an historic building (built at the end of 1700) of approximately 450 square meters, direclty facing the central square of the village.
The house is located in Grignasco, only 30 minutes away from the lakes Lago Maggiore and Lago d’Orta.
The building is developed over three storeys, it is in perfect structural conditions and it is a great solution for renovation. The building maintains original architectural elements such as the staircase, balconies, doors and iron fences.
In the past, each floor has been used as an independent apartment, but the building can be overhauled with some flexibility.

Grignasco is a village of about 2000 inhabitants settled in the hills of the Sesia Valley in the Piemonte region. Nearby, you can find Varallo Sesia, Novara, Torino and Milano. The surrounding area is well known for its production of wine and for the Sesia river which offers a number of activities, such as fishing, rafting, etc.
The village has the typical characteristics of an italian ‘borgo’, with its old church, narrow streets, little shops and farms in the outskirt. The surrounding hills offer peaceful strolls in the countryside. The closest cities hold summer festivals, ‘sagre’ and cultural events (for example in Varallo and Omegna). The region is also a gem for wine and food tasting.
For the winter sports enthusiasts, Alagna is the closest ski station (45 min driving) and it is open from December until April. Alagna is part of the larger Monterosa ski station. Also Alpe di Mera offers slopes with natural and artificial snow. Mountains are also great for summer excursions.
